1:1, 16 Week, Your Version of Health Coaching Programme

This 1:1 service ensures the programme can be designed entirely around your needs . You will receive weekly support & training for 6 intensive weeks, the online meetings will then be biweekly, to measure, review, adjust & tinker. With our personal portion and meal planning service, we take the guesswork out of eating right. We craft personalised meal & activity plans that align with your dietary preferences, physical ability and weight loss objectives, making it easy for you to move more & enjoy delicious, nourishing meals while shedding unwanted pounds.

You will have access to an online app that will help you track your habits daily, and access to bundles of resources.
